Leak-tight closure is critical in oil and gas operations. Thanks to a robust anchoring design, MLB trunnion-mounted ball valves excel in large-scale, high-pressure environments. The trunnion-supported stems absorb line pressure, reduce friction between the ball and seats, and significantly lower operating torque, even at maximum pressure.
The full lineup of two-piece and three-piece trunnion ball valves is engineered and manufactured to strict quality and design benchmarks. A secondary emergency sealant injection system comes standard, letting operators create a temporary backup seal if primary sealing surfaces are damaged. MLB uses certified, high-grade materials chosen to prevent sulfide stress cracking and withstand highly corrosive service.
The line is built for straightforward field maintenance and supports custom configurations, including stem extensions, locking mechanisms, transition piping, and direct-mount actuator integration.
